My husband and I are looking for a reliable and flexible person to care for our son. He is 4 months old and is a very easy-going baby. My hours are very predictable but my husband's are not. We will definitely need someone Monday and Tuesday and eventually Thursday or Friday, anywhere from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., although it will not be all those hours. Mostly for now, we need someone for only two days, but that will change in October. We will also need someone if there is a last minute conflict. We really need someone who is flexible. We are also looking for someone who will be like family to us. Our son is very important and we want to know that he is with someone who loves him like we do.
